My self-sufficiency was keeping me from God.
Why do I tell people we ok when we are not? Why do I push people away when they offer assistance. Why is it so hard for me to admit that I can’t make it on my own. Why is it so hard to ask for help? We believe the lie that self sufficiency and self reliance are from God. My pride in doing everything on my own deterred my from depending on God. Luckily God sees the heart and lead me to the truth.
